About the Program: This year-long journey designed to awaken your inherent connection to the living intelligence of the natural world. Through Qi Gong - the ancient practice of cultivating life force energy (Qi) - you will explore the energetic principles that unify your being with the Five Seasons of nature. The course is built on the foundational pillars of awareness, alignment, and integration - awakening into the awareness of your own design, one that is inseparable from nature, and learning to harmonize with the flow of life around you.

What's Included: With this year program, you get access to 12 months of 2xQi Gong classes & 2xCoaching/Philosophy calls with Akah. You will be able to join all livestream calls and review all of their replays for 12 months after the program ends. 

Who This is For: Those who are new to Qi Gong or wish to refresh/strengthen their current practice. All are welcome, no experience necessary.
